Our Adult classes focus on the Shukokai foundations of speed, power, impact and technique.
Along with improving fitness levels you will learn all aspects of Shukokai karate including self defence, situation awareness, combinations, sparring, kata and more.
Our Adult class programme is for 16yrs upwards.
