Earning a black belt in Shukokai karate takes years of turning up, training hard, and pushing through when it would be easier not to.

A Dan grade is about showing consistency, discipline, and standards.

It’s the result of countless rounds on the pads, bruises, drills, corrections, and the effort nobody sees.
